When we receive your order we will allow up to 12 hours for you to makes changes to your order.

If the customer receives an item/products tat is damaged then please return it back to us in its original packaging and send us an email to make us aware of your return describing the issue with the product.

We currently only accept PayPal payments but if you do not have a PayPal account then you can simply enter in your card details to pay.

The normal/standard order delivery process will take up to 19 to 24 day subject to public holidays, this is not included in the shipping/delivery process.

We do offer fast track delivery subject to the order and the shipping. Fast Track Delivery helps you get your item within 5-7 working days after your orders dispatch from our warehouse in China.

We currently offer free shipping to European Countries plus North and South America and some other countries in the world.
